Senior Contracts Administrator - Construction
Kelly Engineering Resources is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for our premier client in Donaldsonville, LA.
The ideal candidate will have no less that 2 years of contracting/project management experience in the Construction Industry, related to Oil and Gas projects.
Qualifications:
Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to construction projects, working closely with the construction site manager and legal.
Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for materials, equipment, manpower, or other construction services.
Secures all necessary approvals and ensures that standard company procedures are followed.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Other Required Skills:
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
